Hello—I’m Jenna Vanden Brink of Jenna Vanden Brink Ceramics—here to share a bit about my business and products and process! I live in Highland Park with my two young daughters, husband, and pup in a hundred-year-old labor-of-love house. And, my studio is just across the river in Sharpsburg.
Jenna Vanden Brink Ceramics offers handmade, functional ceramic wares and jewelry. From start to finish, each piece is designed and handmade by Jenna Vanden Brink in Pittsburgh, PA. Crafted using a combination of hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques, every piece is hand-painted and carved to create pottery and wearables with lots of integrity and charm. Jenna Vanden Brink Ceramics offers an earthenware collection and a porcelain collection of everyday pots, which include cups, bowls, plates, and serving pieces. These collections are constantly evolving, gaining new colors, designs, and forms to keep them fresh. Additionally, the ever-evolving line of porcelain jewelry offers the opportunity to wear pieces that are at once simple, modern, and unique.
You can even spot a JVB blue porcelain coffee pot and cups in the Locally Sourced exhibit in the Carnegie Museum of Art!
My newest release is a line of collaborative letterpress prints and tote bags made in collaboration with other incredible, creative Pittsburgh businesses—Meshwork Press, Moop Shop, Abbie Adams Studio, and Clockwise. I hope you’ll check them out!
I’ll have lots of fresh pots available on April 30, so come back to jennavandenbrink.com and shop for Mother’s Day. Sign up for my newsletter for insider info and discounts, and follow along on Instagram to see what I’m up to in the studio!
