Welcome to the Chez Lapin maker page! My name is Claire and I have been handcrafting candles and natural skincare since 2017 with Chez Lapin. After having lived in the south of France and struggled with my own skin issues for over a decade; I created Chez Lapin as an ode to the French culture and lifestyle that I fell in love with; one that celebrates self-care through simple yet luxurious means.

All of Chez Lapin’s products are handcrafted in our Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh Studio with the highest quality oils, waxes, clays, and dried botanicals.

All of our products are inspired by our experiences foraging and immersing our senses outdoors. We have pulled inspiration from a variety of landscapes globally. Our home fragrance blends have even caught the interest of British Vogue, for our unique and inspired varieties. You can find Chez Lapin featured in British Vogue’s December 2022, January and February 2023 magazines.

Our mission is to inspire eco-conscious, cruelty-free, and natural living by handcrafting products that people can feel good about having in their home and on their bodies. Our customers love how committed we are to being eco-friendly and how we provide high-end products that are still economical and accessible.
