I am a ceramic artist specializing in wheelthrown porcelain which I meticulously paint and carve–one line, stroke, notch, and divot at a time. My pieces are all one-of-a-kind and are as unique as they are beautiful and functional. In the past 8 years, I’ve created 15 distinct collections of functional wheelthrown porcelain pottery, sculptural wall art, bone carvings, painted art tiles, percussion instruments, 1:12 scale miniatures, and unique jewelry—examples of which can be seen on my website (www.LGGCreativeArt.com) and purchased through my Etsy page (etsy.com/shop/LGGCreativeArt). I specialize in custom work for homes, offices, and corporate clients.
I’m honored to have earned the distinction of being named a Roycroft Artisan in Ceramic Art for the past 5 years, which allows me to sign my pieces with the Roycroft logo–a respected mark in the Arts & Crafts community that may only be used by artists whose work exemplifies high quality hand-craftsmanship, excellence in design, continued artistic growth, originality of expression, and professional recognition. I am also a proud member of the Craftsman Guild of Pittsburgh and look forward to continuing to hone my craft from my studio in Spring Hill.
