ABOUT ME:
Hi, my name is Dave and I am the owner of Reconstruct Wood. I transform reclaimed and salvaged materials into art, furniture, and functional wares with a focus on modern geometric designs with bold colors and rustic vibes.
I have a studio in historic downtown Philipsburg, PA, called Smith & Front where I build everything and display my latest work. Stop by if you are ever in the area.
ABOUT MY PRODUCTS:
I use materials salvaged from old buildings, barns, construction sites, and more. I remove all fasteners and run the material through a saw or planer to clean it up. I then refinish the material based on the piece I plan to build. The process is satisfying as it gives old materials new life and keeps them out of the landfills. My goal is to have a minimal impact on the environment while creating a beautiful piece for your space.
