TJ3D

TJ3D is an entrepreneurial, 3D printing club for 5th grade students at Jefferson Hills Intermediate School in the West Jefferson Hills School District!  Through participation in club activities, students gain valuable experience and skills in 3D modeling, manufacturing, and business management.  Throughout the year, students create and modify 3D models on their Chromebooks, set up a TJ3D store where they advertise their creations for sale, print their designs on our 3D printers, fulfill orders, and distribute products to customers.  Our students will learn about 3D manufacturing and computer-aided design (CAD) while also gaining real world experience with management, accounting, social media, customer relations, inventory, logistics, and marketing.
