Donovan Daniel is the co-founder and CEO of Grizzled Teddy Company a brand committed to helping men maintain their hearts, minds, and beards. Their signature products are a skin moisturizer (beard oil) and leave-in conditioner (beard butter) that Donovan makes from scratch in small batches in his home in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Donovan and his wife Felicia started this business in the second half of 2019.

While the business remains a side hustle they are very proud of the meaningful social connections they have been able to make at vendor shows around the region. More recently they have taken a short break from the business to focus on being first time parents through fostering. Despite the break they remain committed to creating amazing products and mentoring other entrepreneurs.
