Jaclyn (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has continued her education at nationally recognized craft institutions, including Pilchuck Glass School, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, Penland School of Craft, and Pittsburgh Glass Center.

Formally trained as a studio technician, she brings more than 10 years of experience managing studio facilities, supporting artists, and teaching, alongside over a decade of nonprofit administration and arts management experience. Jaclyn currently serves as an Adjunct Ceramics Instructor at Pittsburgh CAPA and Administrative Assistant for the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA).
