K Gus Studio was created by the artist Kimberly Guszkiewicz who specializes in ceramics. These ceramic pieces are all hand-built and made in her home studio. The majority of her pieces have colored slip applied and then sgraffito designs carved into them. There are pieces that seem complete and do not need sgraffito designs, so they only require glazes to be added. Kimberly loves to combine the organic shapes of her ceramic pieces with the geometric designs to complement.
