Mini Moose Studio is a Pittsburgh-based art business by maker Sophia Carlin, producing original illustrations of nature across handmade greeting cards, fine art prints, vinyl stickers, hand-painted slate ornaments, and traditional pysanky eggs.
The subject matter is rooted in the plants and animals of Pennsylvania and the Northeast — detailed, whimsical, and reverential by turns, capturing the small beautiful moments that locals walk past every day. Each piece is made using traditional crafts and techniques: layered pen-and-ink and watercolor, beeswax-resist dyeing on hollowed eggs, acrylic miniatures on reclaimed roofing slate.
Meaningful, lasting, and made with genuine care — whether for your own home or as a gift for someone else.
