Fío Avocado (they/them) is a Pittsburgh based visual artist, educator, and collaborator specializing in fine art and commercial screenprinting. Their art focuses on the themes of queer platonic friendships, everyday pleasures, and political and social issues. Fío also does illustration, knitting, sewing/quilting, and have a long history with the indie comics and zine world. They are a Fulbright Alumni, having gone to Argentina in 2024.
