White Sage and Sapphire

Hey there! Zack here, artist and creator behind all things White Sage & Sapphire, and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to browse our maker page! I’ve been making jewelry since 2014, though I didn’t launch White Sage & Sapphire until late summer of 2017, originally selling products like stretch bracelets and beaded necklaces. In the five years since I’ve taken multiple classes, worked within the industry as a bench jeweler, and continually refined my abilities and aesthetic. This eventually led to my relaunch in 2021, where I began producing designs in collections and small batch releases. Whether you’re shopping the booth or browsing the website today, there are a few things you can expect to find. Each piece of jewelry is crafted by hand, using both precious and semi-precious gemstones and pairing them with quality metals such as sterling silver, 14k gold fill, and solid karat gold. Most of the stones I work with are all natural, meaning they have not been dyed, stabilized, or enhanced in any way, which is something I really value in my own work. Pieces that have been treated or enhanced will always be disclosed, however this isn’t something that happens often as I’ve worked hard over the years to build relationships with reliable suppliers. In production I use a wide range of techniques, from traditional metalsmithing practices, to wire wrapping and stringing, and even hand knotting. To see further previews of my work or read more about my process be sure to follow along on social media (@WhiteSageAndSapphire) or visit the online store (WhiteSageAndSapphire.com). This is the first year I’ll be participating in Handmade Arcade and I couldn’t be more excited! Looking forward to meeting you there, XX -Zack
